We shall be publishing a handbook for events. The main purpose of the Open Space Forum was to give participants the opportunity to look in greater detail at some aspects of the handbook. The report of the forum, and the presentation on evaluation by Caroline Jackman, are contained in the following pdf's.

Friday 23rd October 9.30am - 5pm

• 9.30-10am Registration and coffee
• 10 am - Running an Open Studios Event - discussion and comments on final draft of handbook
• 10.45 am - Website development and online applications(software demonstrations from Art on the Map Lincolnshire, South East Open Studios, Northamptonshire Open Studios and Bucks Open Studios)
• 11.15am - coffee break
• 11.30am - Website session continues
• 12noon - Event Evaluation - working towards a cohesive approach across the UK
• 1pm LUNCH - BUFFET
• 2-4.30pm: Open Space Forum (3.30pm tea break)

Saturday 24th October 9.30am - 12.30pm

• 9.30am onwards - Arrival (registration for new arrivals) and coffee
• 9.45am - PR and media training (Wordhouse Media)/ Marketing workshop - 2 groups
• 11am coffee break
• 11.15am Marketing workshop / PR and media training (Wordhouse Media) - 2 groups
• Conference overview
• Finish 12.30pm
